Jess has absolutely transformed my hair over the last five years since she came into my life. My hair was so fried, I had no idea how to style it on my own, I honestly was just throwing it into a top knot every day. But in addition to taking care of me in the chair (and through many color phases) Jess has taken the time to teach me how to take care of my hair on my own and now I can’t even remember what it was like to not know how to use a curling wand or blow dryer— and i know that maybe that’s a small thing to some, but her taking the time to teach me these things has raised my confidence exponentially. Going to a new stylist is always a bit of a risk, you don’t know what you’re gonna get, but Jess is so warm and welcoming, non-judgemental, and listens to what you want. Can’t recommend her enough!
