Hello I'm Jillian Fronk. I have been in the Cosmetology industry since 2008, graduating from Aveda Fredrics Institute. I have grown up around this business all my life. I have been working side-by-side with my Mom and sister throughout my career and having the opportunity to be apart of a salon that has been awarded "Top 100 Salons in the US" by ELLE Magazine for 3 consecutive years. I strive for perfection with every guest and service performed everyday. I am so blessed that I don't work a day in my life! I love that I can change someones perspective of themselves or make their day just by doing something as simple as a changing their color or haircut. The emotional satisfaction seeing that person smile is so incredibly rewarding for me as a stylist. This is why I love my job! My specialty is short men/womens cuts, as well as blondes! I went to Jillian to have my hair highlighted and cut. Was not sure what I wanted, but knew I wanted something different. I had not been to a salon in 3 years. I had been cutting and dying it myself. Covid pushed me to face the gray that I swore I'd stop coloring 'someday.' I had a year's worth of grow out on nearly waist-length hair, and couldn't bear the thought of how long it would take if I was to really stop coloring it. I hated coloring because the color (besides the gray, which is only 20-30%) was darker than any hair I'd had. To match that, while truly 'my color' was harsh. Covid allowed me to see 6" of the gray to nearly black truth. I chose to highlight the gray. Jillian softly wove new silver highlights to blend the line between old and new and framed my face with soft silver. So very happy! It does not make me look older to embrace the silver but lightens my complexion. Thanks, Jilly!

I had my hair cut for the first time with Jillian recently. I took a photo with me as to how I wanted it cut and she nailed it. I love my new short haircut! She does a precise job of cutting, and I am getting many compliments. I liked that she explained how blow it dry and use the products I purchased.
