I met Julie as a friend while in highschool. During this time I would never let anyone cut or color my hair other than myself. Obviously major trust issues there! lol One day in college I took the chance to let Julie do my hair. While I still don’t see her every couple months for a trim like I should- Julie is still the only person I see for my hair.
