more behind, give me a heads up! I may, or may not be able to get you in.

I go above and beyond to deliver what you have in mind for your hair. However, I maintain the discretionary right to decline to perform a service I do not think will lead to your satisfaction.
Cancellations

I’ve seen Karen twice for highlights and custom toning and I can’t even express how amazed I am that she has not only kept my hair healthy, but I never had to leave her chair having to muscle through the awkward bronzey phase.
