I first went to Lisa about six months ago, after a disastrous home coloring episode. Suffice it to say that Ronald McDonald had competition in the frizzy red mane department. Not only was Lisa able to fix the mess I had made, but she explained why it had happened and how I should work with my hair and scalp issues if I choose to color at home again. She even told me where to buy higher quality color and how to select flattering shades. Then, to top it off, she gave me a great cut and style. I left feeling wonderful. She is very skilled (years of experience), extremely efficient (you won't sit there for hours especially for color as she gets it right the 1st time and every time - I got tons of compliments with my 1st overall highlight), very reasonable pricing with her high skill level plus quality products (that's why she certainly deserves the extra gratuity) and not to mention her very friendly and honest personality. She listens to what you like and applies it perfectly but would also nicely offer great advice if she thinks it wouldn't work or fit you based on her professional experience (which we do need that at times, don't we?).
