Hi, I’m Lynsey.
I have been in the hair industry for over 15 years.
The hair industry is something I have always been passionate about and have always considered myself to be an artistically driven person.
Being hands on and making people feel good about themselves is what makes this industry so fulfilling.
I offer a variety of different services and continue to educate myself on these services on a regular basis.
I am a specialist in Men’s hair services
With trends constantly changing and evolving, I myself strive to work hard and evolve to give my clients the results they are looking for.
I consider myself a detailed consultation professional who wants to help educate and guide my clients to reach their hair goals.

*Cancellation Policy and Late arrival Policy
Please understand, I am running my own small business, every appointment time is important to the running of my business. To ensure optimal service and availability for all my clients, I kindly request that you provide me with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation a fee of 50% or up to 100%of the service for multiple last minute cancellations of the scheduled service, the service price will be charged.
I can take payment over the phone or you can pay via Venmo. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing me to efficiently manage my schedule and accommodate every client.
Late Arrival Policy – Hair Appointments
At LP Shear Loft, I strive to provide every client with the best possible experience. To ensure I stay on schedule and respect all my clients’ appointments,I have the following Late Arrival Policy:
1. Grace Period:
Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period after their scheduled appointment time. If you arrive within this window, I will do my best to accommodate you without affecting other clients.
2. Arrivals Beyond 10 Minutes:
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may need to:
• Shorten or modify your service so I can stay on schedule.
• Reschedule your appointment if your service cannot be completed in the remaining time.
3. No-Show Classification:
Arriving 15 minutes or more late without calling ahead may be considered a no-show, and your appointment may be forfeited or canceled.
4. Courtesy Call:
If you know you are running late, please call me as soon as possible at 937-823-1933. I will do my best to adjust or reschedule your appointment based on availability.
5. Repeat Late Arrivals:
Clients who are repeatedly late may be required to:
• Pay a deposit when booking future appointments.
• Lose online booking privileges.

I liked how Lynsey cut my hair, especially how she left my sideburns and blocked the back which I haven't had done in awhile. Most barbers taper the back and don't leave sideburns. I will definitely be back again.
First time there but definitely not my last! Lynsey was great...friendly & helpful! She took time to listen to what I wanted, asking lots of questions to really understand, and then cut my hair exactly like I had wanted. I'm so thankful to have found her. See you soon!
