About
I am a family nurse practitioner with over 10 years of emergency and urgent care experience. I started my concierge telehealth practice in 2020. I am excited to finally have a location to see my patients in person.
I offer a different primary care experience by not billing insurance I am able to provide fast, compassionate, patient specific care. (if you have insurance you can use it for Labs, prescriptions, and imaging).
My services include IV therapy, vitamin injections, weight loss injections prescription refills, wellness visits, high blood pressure, birth control, anxiety, thyroid, diabetes, women/men's health, STD treatment, affordable labs (blood work) $80 for basic labs.
Urgent care visits for cold/flu, eye and ear infections, skin disorders, one time prescription refills, ect.
$75/month concierge primary care. No contracts, cancel anytime.
$80/ urgent care visits includes follow up.
