First things first, I give this woman a 10/10 for my entire experience! Let me tell you why: - I’m active duty military stationed in Panama City and was tasked for a last minute tdy to Tampa. I was up sense Thursday morning, 04:00, rushing to pack a bag to stuff in my tractor trailer and head out. I have no hair products, I’m looking a hot mess with this humidity and have no way to tame the lions mane. I’ve never been to a salon before as I just have always cut and done my own hair due to it being managed. I don’t have room in my bag to go and spend more money on more products that I have plenty of at home and figured, there’s a first time for everything. So I do some research for salons that can take me in and I found Ms. Maureen. She was the only one I had found that could take me and so I booked the appointment. She messaged me asking for what I needed, I told her I wasn’t even sure what to ask for lol and she was patient and provided me options and made the entire process so much less stressful. I show up, she’s kind, offered me drinks and snacks, gave me pleasant conversation and a few hours later my hair is beautiful and I’m on my way. She is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and above all else KIND! I love her and absolutely recommend her for your hair care needs.
