Description: The deep tissue massage is a combination of techniques utilizing trigger point therapy, mobilization, myofascial release, compression, and deep pressure. It is considered a “therapeutic” massage, vs Swedish massage that has a more nurturing and relaxing flow. Please include any acute/chronic injuries, allergies/sensitivities to smells or products on the skin, contraindication, other medical history, or specifics (I.e: additional bolsters/pillows are needed) in the “notes” section upon booking.
