I have been in the hair industry for 22 years. I started my journey fresh out of High School in one of the top rated salon and day spas in Columbus where I received continued education from some of the most prestigious names in the business. Proud independent small business salon owner and operator for the last 6 years.
!CANCELATION POLICY! Due to increase in last minute cancelations I will now be requiring 48hr notice for any service that needs to be canceled or rescheduled. If I am not notified in the required time frame you will owe 50% of the service you were scheduled for.
*Please be mindful of the time I have scheduled for you. Most chemical services are booked for a minimum of 2 hrs. When you cancel last minute I cant always fill that time frame. That leaves me at work not making money as I am not an employee earning hourly wage.*
