I specialize in helping individuals who struggle with hair loss and enhancing the natural beauty of my clients—no matter their age. From blending and covering grays to creating lived-in color (like balayage), highlights, and more, I customize every color and haircut to suit your lifestyle and needs.  

 

If you're coming in for a dry haircut, I kindly ask that you arrive with clean, dry hair to ensure the best results. In addition to haircuts and color, I offer services such as Keratin Express smoothing treatments and eyebrow threading to help you look and feel your best.  

 

Hair Solutions & Confidence Boosting

 

In addition to color and cuts, I offer a range of hair solutions, including weft extensions, wigs, toppers, toupee, and MicroPoint hair integration tailored to help you feel confident in your own skin. As someone who understands hair loss firsthand, I’m deeply committed to offering solutions that empower you and bring back your confidence.  

 

A Little About Me

 

I’ve been part of the beauty industry since 2014, and my journey has taken me across the country, refining my skills and deepening my expertise. I was a traveling hair loss educator for ACTIIV and have worked alongside Wella Educators and wig specialists. I’ve also trained with Eufora in Califon and attended the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Chicago.  

 

My passion for hair loss education stems from a personal desire to help people regain their confidence and achieve healthy hair growth in a way that’s both manageable and realistic. I want my clients to not only look great but understand how to care for their hair, too.

Appointment Policies:

 

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

I understand that life happens, and plans change. To ensure I can serve all my guests, I ask for a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. If you no-show without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged. Additionally, to book future appointments, a 50% deposit will be required, which will be credited toward your next visit.

 

Weather-Related Cancellations:

Your safety is my priority. In the event of inclement weather, I will waive the cancellation policy if travel conditions are unsafe. If I need to close the loft for weather-related reasons, I will contact you directly to reschedule.

 

Late Arrivals:

I strive to provide the best experience for each guest, which sometimes requires flexibility with timing. If you’re running late, please text me as soon as possible. I offer a 15-minute grace period depending on your service. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment for a later time or date.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee:

Your satisfaction is extremely important to me! While I do not offer refunds, I want to ensure you love your results. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We will work together to schedule a follow-up appointment within 2 weeks to make any necessary adjustments or corrections.

 

Extension, Wig, & Topper Purchases:

For custom orders such as extensions, wigs, or toppers, a down payment is required at the time of purchase. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of the product. All sales are final, so please ensure your selection is exactly what you want before confirming your order.

 

Color Consultations & Patch Test:  

If you are getting color services, please inform me of any past skin sensitivities or reactions to hair color. I use the Wella color line and offer patch tests to ensure the color is safe for you. If you are unsure of any allergies, please reach out ahead of your appointment to schedule a patch test. A patch test involves placing a small amount of color on your arm and wrapping it to check for any reactions. I recommend this for everyone to ensure your comfort and safety.
