I am an original Austinite with a passion in all health, wellness and movement. I am a Certified Pilates instructor, NASM personal trainer, RedLight therapy specialist and a Certified Holistic Health Coach.
I have been training for over 10 years and servicing Red Light for 3 years. I want you to leave the lounge feeling relaxed and revitalized. Whether you want to lose the extra inches and tighten up your skin or want overall wellness and healing I am here to support you.
When I am not teaching at the studio or providing services you can find me at home enjoying time with my dog or traveling the world. Hope to see you soon!
