Hello!

My name is Alyse (Aly) and Welcome to Resonate Wellness Mindbody Awareness!

At Resonate Wellness my goal is to bring awareness to your body and how it affect life with your everyday movement. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for about 5 years as well as a Licensed Skincare/ Makeup Artist and Certified Personal Trainer for 3 - 4 years, however, I would say Massage Therapy has always been my passion though I did not move that way in my daily life at the beginning of my career. One of my hobbies I love to do in my free time are puzzles and with that being said I see the body as one big human puzzle and no puzzle is the the same.

I am specialized and cater to Deep Tissue Sports Massage techniques, however, I am also certified in Swedish, Neuromuscular, Prenatal after the first trimester, Myofascial, and Cupping and is working on to add much more. I have been called by my clients and people that have felt my work " Small but Mighty, Very Passionate, a Listener, a Healer,  and Creative", however, I call myself " a Gentle Heavy or "a Gentle Giant" though I am small. All this to warn you even my lightest pressure has a firm touch and all massages are customized to your needs.
