I have struggled all of my life with hard to manage hair. In October I decided to try the Global Keratin treatment with Richard and am THRILLED with the results. For the first time ever I can now wash my hair and not have to worry about intensive blow drying, flat ironing, etc. I can even let it air dry without it getting frizzy or kinky. It has been over 3 months now and is still retained these results. The best test for me occurred last week when I went to southern Florida for the weekend. The weather was humid but my hair stayed styled without doing its normal "bad hair day" antics that normally happen in that type of climate. I met Richard over 20 years ago when I randomly walked into the Lazarus store salon in downtown Columbus, new to town and looking for someone who knew how to cut curly hair, and, well the rest is history. When I lost my hair Richard went out of his way to make sure that I got a wig that identically match my original hair. Richard took the time out of his very busy schedule and personally came to my home with the wig cut and fit it FREE of charge. Now tell me what stylist would do that for a client.
