Summer Hedrick

Hey y’all ;) My name is Summer Hedrick. I am married and have been for four years. I have a 10 year old daughter, a nine year old bonus daughter, and a miniature dachshund named Meg who is spoiled rotten. We live in Claremont. I created my clientele in Denver and love every one of my clients who have supported me throughout the years and allow me to work my magic on them. This year is 10 years in this industry and I couldn’t have done it without them! I remember becoming interested with hair around the age of 10. I loved going to get my haircut, I wanted perms, and hair was (and still is) usually the first thing I notice about someone. One year for Christmas I got a Barbie manikin head and I still remember melting it’s hair with a curling iron. Hey, you got to start somewhere. By the age of 12 I was coloring my hair. I haven’t stopped since. I had the opportunity to start Cosmetology school while still in high school and my mom made it happen. I graduated from Cosmetology in 2012 and started work right away. Fast forward to 2022, I work for myself at Salon Lofts where I share a loft with my roomie- Kym. I would have to say Color is my favorite part about my job. Life’s too short to have the same hair color, I like to say I’m coloring the world one head at a time…
