Hello! I’m Tammy and I am licensed massage therapist I have 10 years of extensive training in many modalities and strive hard to focus my attention to provide outstanding treatment to help improve relaxation, restore dysfunction and promote an overall increase in well-being.
I'm committed to treating my clients with customized therapeutic experiences using my knowledge as well as intuitive skills, no massage is the same or routine. With integrating different techniques and my personalized approach to each client you will always feel your massage was curated just for you.

I highly recommend Tammy! As a runner, I believe that getting regular, high quality massages is so important to resetting my body. Tammy has the ability to "listen" to my body and focus on areas that need more and deeper work. If I have a particular ache or pain, she works on that area but also traces the issue to the root cause. I prefer a deep pressure to unwind my tight muscles, and boy, can she deliver! On top of her skilled technique and knowledge of anatomy, she is also a very caring person who takes a real interest in her clients and their goals. A high quality experience that is worth every penny!

When I moved to St. Louis, I really struggled to find a massage therapist I liked until I found Tammy, and now I have been seeing her for several years. She is extremely knowledgable and talented, always listens to what’s bothering me, and customizes each massage accordingly. Prior to seeing Tammy monthly, I experienced a lot of tightness and pain in my hips, back, and neck as I spend most of my days either traveling for work or sitting at a computer. That has all substantially improved since I started getting massages from Tammy regularly.
