Hello and welcome to Crimson  Beauty. This is a place that you can come to laugh, relax, and enjoy getting pampered.  

Allow me to introduce  myself. My name is Traci Burton, I have been in the hair industry for over 10 years and I truly love every  minute of it. I am from a small town called Memphis Tennessee. I relocated to Atlanta Ga in 2001 to follow my dreams.

As a young girl, I had my first client at the age of 12. My sister needed her hair cut and styled for her 9th grade dance. "I did my hair all the time," so she allowed me to cut layers in her hair. The Small print

Crimson Beauty  maintains the right to deny service to anyone who disrespects Crimson Beauty policies, stylist, clients and/facilities.

Consultation:  A consultation is required before or at the start of all appointments. The purpose of the consultation is to discuss the look you desire, plan a course of action to achieve the look and to explain the products, pricing and timeline of the appointment. Please be clear and specific during the consultation. You are also encouraged to bring along examples, if possible.

Walk-ins: Walk in customers are welcome, however, you may have a waiting period. If your schedule does not allow you to wait, feel free schedule an actual appointment to ensure your time.

Appointment Confirmation: We understand how easy it is to forget an appointment therefore, as a courtesy, all appointments are confirmed by email and/ text within 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Please ensure that we have your current contact information on file. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments.

Late Arrival:  If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment will be considered a no-show and could be subject to the no-show fee (50% of scheduled service price). I believe in the value of your time and make a conscience effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon.  If time is critical to your schedule on a particular day, please make me aware of it when scheduling your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: Your appointments are reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations. All new and current guests are asked to supply a credit card to have on file.  In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you: 

Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.

Notification given less than 24 hours prior of your appointment will be charged 1st time $25 , 2nd Time a $50 Charge or 50% of your service will be charged, 3rd time you will be required to pay full service amount NON REFUNDALBLE in lieu you do not show for your appointment.

Please make sure you ask me to scan the bar code once you come in for your appointment for your free parking.The Apartment has new management and will boot cars that are not registered. It is FREE.
