I have been a licensed cosmetologist for 26+ years and a certified skin analyst for over 17 years. I am also a certified psychoHAIRapist and a certified holistic health practitioner, specializing in hormonal hair loss, menopause health, and confident patient care advocacy.
I support the menopausal woman in holistically bridging the gap between her hair, health, and hormones, so that she can regain her confidence while balancing midlife hormonal changes. The proper hair care plan, guided by scientific wellness education can restore health and balance, not just to your hair and scalp, but to your mind, body, and soul.
Midlife presents challenges of its own, and the journey to healthy hair and a balanced system can feel stressful. It can also cause midlife to resemble a crisis, but with the right support and holistic care, you will regain your confidence several strands at a time.
